• Chat messages and related financial data may be transmitted to a third-party artificial intelligence service provider (Claude by Anthropic) to generate responses. This provider is contractually obligated to protect user data and use it solely for processing requests. No bank login credentials or account passwords are transmitted to the AI service.

• All sensitive information is stored securely using industry-standard encryption and security practices.
• Access to user data is limited to authorized personnel only, following least privilege principles.
• We implement regular security monitoring and vulnerability management to protect user data.

Retention Periods:

• Customer financial data (from integrations): Retained only as long as necessary to provide our services or comply with legal obligations.
